Changing Plan or Payment Method of a Subscription

If you want to change your subscription plan or payment method for your subscription, here’s how to do it.

How to Change Plan or Payment Method

  • The change of subscription plan must be done by the customer.

  • Go to menu Purchases → General Data to view your subscription details: activation date, last payment, and next billing date.

  • In the Payments tab, click the three-dot menu — you will have the option to change the payment method. Available methods: PIX or credit card.

  • After changing payment method, you may use the three-dot menu again to remove the old payment method.

  • In the same Payments tab, you can also check the payment history, which shows all payments made.

  • To change the subscription plan: in the Subscription section, click the three-dot menu — a list of plans offered by the product creator will appear. Select the desired plan.

  • Once you change the plan, the new monthly or yearly fee is charged immediately, and the previous plan is cancelled.

How to Cancel the Subscription

  • To cancel the subscription: go to Settings → Subscription → three-dot menu → Report a problem.

  • Choose the option to cancel the subscription or report another issue to the product creator.

  • You will be asked for feedback on your satisfaction with the product — this request will be sent to the product creator by email.

  • Upon cancellation, you lose all benefits of the product and cannot recover them.

Important Information:

  • If the first payment of your subscription is cancelled within seven days from the date of initial payment, the subscription will be automatically cancelled and the paid amount fully refunded.

  • If cancellation happens after the 7-day period, the amount is not refunded — but no new charges will be made.
