Why Create a Discount Coupon?
Discount coupons are a powerful strategy to attract new customers, increase conversion rates, and boost sales during promotions or product launches. They can also help re-engage past customers and increase urgency in purchasing decisions.
However, coupons should be used strategically to ensure they do not negatively impact your profit margins.
How to Create a Discount Coupon

Access the Products section in your dashboard.

Select the product for which you want to create a discount coupon.

Open the Coupons section.

Click Add Discount.

Fill in the required fields:

Coupon name
-
Coupon code
-

Choose the discount type:

Fixed amount, or
-
Percentage discount
-
-
Set the discount value according to the selected type.

(Optional) Define:
-
Minimum purchase value
-
Coupon expiration date
-
Usage limit (maximum number of times the coupon can be used)

Click Create Coupon to save.
Once created, the coupon will be available to be applied to the selected product’s checkout.
How to Check if the Coupon Is Active

Access the checkout of the offer associated with the product.

On the checkout page, click the option to add a discount coupon.

Enter the coupon code you created.

If the coupon is valid, the discounted price will be displayed immediately.
This confirms that the coupon is active and working correctly.
Important Notes

Coupons apply only to the products and offers selected during creation.

Usage limits and expiration dates are enforced automatically by the system.

Coupons can be combined with checkout links for automated application if configured.
