How to Check My Sales

When you log in to Kirvano, the first screen you see is the Dashboard, which provides a visual panel with key data about your business performance — helping you track sales, earnings, and more.

What You See in the Dashboard

  • Today’s Sales: shows sales made on the current day, labeled “Sales Today,” giving you an immediate overview of your daily performance.

  • Available Balance: displays the amount available in your account, so you know what you can withdraw.

  • Pending: shows amounts that are still awaiting release, helping you monitor what is yet to be cleared.

  • Below those, you’ll find a Revenue Graph, which illustrates your financial performance over time. You can view data by daily, weekly, or monthly periods — and adjust date ranges (e.g. last 7, 15 or 30 days) for a more detailed analysis.

  • Also present is the Payment Conversion section, showing the number and percentage of sales through each payment method (Credit Card, PIX, Boleto). This helps you understand which payment methods convert best for your audience.


How to Locate All Your Sales

  • Go to the Sales menu.

  • Use filters to view all sales or limit to a specific time period.

  • The report will show detailed information for each sale: products sold, payment method used, whether it was an affiliate sale or coproduction, if a coupon was applied, UTM parameters (if any), and the status of each sale (completed, pending, etc.).

By clicking on a specific sale, you can view full details: buyer’s name, buyer’s ID/document, email, phone number, transaction details, applied fees, and the commission earned.
If needed, you can also request a refund (when applicable) using the “Refund Request” option under that transaction.
