Creating Classes (Groups) in the Members Area

In the Members Area, you can create classes (groups) to better organize students, control access to content, and manage different offers within the same product.

How to Create a Class

  1. Access the Members Area of your product.

  2. Go to the Classes tab.

  3. Click Add Class.

  4. Enter the class name.

  5. Select the offer that will be linked to this class.

  6. Save the changes.

Once created, the class will be available for use in modules, student management, and comments.


What You Can Do with Classes

Creating classes allows you to:

  • Organize students into different groups within the same product.

  • Link different offers to different classes, allowing variations in pricing or access.

  • Release specific modules only to selected classes without creating a new product.

  • Manage and filter comments by class.

  • Transfer students between classes when needed.

If a class is defined as default, all students from offers not linked to another class will be automatically assigned to it.


Important Notes

  • Every class must be linked to at least one offer.

  • A product can have multiple classes.

  • Classes help you manage content delivery and student access more efficiently, especially when selling the same product with different conditions.
