How to Integrate with Hotzapp

Step-by-Step Integration

  1. In Kirvano’s menu, go to the Extensions > Hotzapp section.

  2. Choose “Integrate Product” to initiate the setup.

  3. Fill in all required fields:

    • Name — give a name for this integration instance (for your reference)

    • Integration URL — copy the URL provided by Hotzapp and paste it here

    • Product Type — select the type of product you’re integrating on Kirvano

  4. The Integration URL should be obtained from your Hotzapp dashboard: in Hotzapp, go to Stores → then Integration Instructions. Copy the URL displayed there and paste into the Kirvano form.

  5. Before finalizing: ensure that your digital product or service is already registered in Kirvano (i.e. the product must exist on your Kirvano account).

  6. Save the configuration. Once saved, integration is active: your product is now linked with Hotzapp.


What This Integration Does

  • When a purchase or checkout happens on a Kirvano product integrated with Hotzapp, the order or checkout data is sent automatically to Hotzapp.

  • This enables Hotzapp to handle follow-ups like order recovery, abandoned cart reminders, or other sales-automation flows via WhatsApp.

  • The integration helps automate processes and potentially recover abandoned or canceled payments, increasing conversion and sales follow-up efficiency.
