What Is Back Redirect?

Last updated on Dec 10, 2025

Back Redirect is a feature that allows the infoproductor (seller) to redirect the customer to another page when the customer clicks the browser’s “back” button to leave the checkout page.

⚙️ How It Works / How to Configure

  • To enable Back Redirect, edit the offer in your product.

  • Insert the address (URL) of the page you want the user to be redirected to when they click “back.”

  • Back Redirect will only work if the customer has already filled in some fields in the checkout form (i.e. they began entering information).

✅ Purpose and Use Cases

  • Prevents potential cart abandonment when a customer tries to leave the checkout.

  • Gives you a chance to redirect them to another sales page, special offer, or recovery page — possibly recovering the sale.

  • Helps improve conversion rates by reducing drop-offs at the checkout stage.
