Configuring an Order Bump

Order bumps allow you to offer one or more additional products at checkout along with the main product.


Preconditions

  • The product you want to use as an order bump and its offer must already be registered.

  • You must have two distinct products: the main product and the order-bump product. Each must have their own offers created separately.


Step-by-step Setup

  1. Register the main product.

  2. Register the order-bump product (create its own offer).

  3. Go to your main product, open the “Offers” section and click “Edit” on the offer you want to attach the bump to.

  4. In the “Edit Offer” section, locate the “Order bump” option and click the “Activate” icon.

  5. Choose the product and the specific offer you wish to use as the order bump.

  6. (Optional) Fill in the “Title” and “Highlight Tag” fields. When filled, the tag will be displayed in the checkout — for example, to draw attention to the bump offer.

  7. Click “Add Order bump” to attach the selected product/offer to your main offer.

  8. Only single-purchase offers are accepted as order bumps; subscription-type offers cannot be used as bumps.

  9. Finally, click “Update Offer” to save the configuration.

Once configured, when a customer accesses your checkout link, the order bump product will be offered together with the main product.
