When customizing your checkout, you can enable the following triggers to increase conversion and urgency:
Countdown Timer
A countdown creates a sense of urgency, making customers act quickly to take advantage of the offer before time runs out. This helps increase the chances of conversion. You define the time and the message that will be shown when the countdown expires.
Sales Notifications
The “Sales Notifications” trigger shows real-time messages about recent purchases, encouraging other customers to take advantage of the offer too. You can choose how often the messages appear and which notifications are displayed.
Social Proof
Social proof makes people decide based on what others are doing — believing that if many people chose something, it might be the right choice. This creates trust and increases chances of sale. The “Sales Notifications” and “Social Proof” triggers only display if the configured number of recent sales actually happens at that moment.
Testimonials / Reviews
Use positive feedback from previous customers to influence new buyers. You can include the customer’s name, their testimonial, and optionally, their photo. This helps build credibility and influence purchase decisions.
