If you need to close your Kirvano account, follow this procedure:

Request account closure via the platform’s support chat.

Provide the reason for closing so Kirvano can analyze your request.
Kirvano’s team will check if your account has any pending issues. If everything is clear, your account will be closed and your data discarded, in compliance with LGPD (privacy law).
If in the future you wish to use the platform again, contact the Kirvano team.
