Self-financing, excessive refund/chargeback disputes or purchase reversals.

Using “proxy” accounts or third-party proxies for opening accounts.

Disrespecting customers, affiliates or Kirvano team.

Violating intellectual property or other legal rules.
If your account has a positive balance, funds will be held for possible compensation of damages caused. If you owe debts to the platform, these remain due even after ban. Kirvano reserves the right to collect outstanding debts by all legally permitted means.
This decision is final and not subject to appeal, but you may present your justifications if you believe there was a mistake. Kirvano’s compliance team examines each case carefully.
